A 28 year old woman, Gravida 2 Para 2, with a previous cesarean section, presented with severe abdominal pain in a late 3rd trimester pregnancy.
Ultrasound results is as follows:
- Absent Fetal heart rate (0 bpm)
- Severe Oligohydramnios
- Intra-abdominal free fluid
- Ruptured anterior uterine wall (specifically at the previous C-section site) with the fetal parts noted within the intra-abdominal cavity..
